Booking and Confirmation

After you have booked your tour and sent e-mail to us with your reservation form , you will be answered back in following 12 hours. Then after we confirmed it you will still have chance to make changes of your program until the date of your tour if you want. We give that opportunity to our clients and try to be helpful in any case and condition that may be occur.

Reservation Deposit

We request receipt of deposit (25% of total cost) in order to secure tour. Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. A reservation can be changed only if provided space is available. An entire reservation that is changed is considered a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation fees.


Balance payments will be received from you (who already paid deposit) at the end of your tour by your professional tour guide.

Another option about payment policy of Best Of Ephesus Tours offers you to pay your entire tour cost at the end of your tour. Its enough for us to know in which conditions you would like to pay.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing in e-mail by the tour participant in the event that a tour participant cancels his or her reservation, we need to be informed 3 days prior your tour date. Then your reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be paid you back. Last 3 days till your tour date deposits will not be paid back.


Travel Insurance is not compulsory for daily tours in Turkey. But the vehicles that you will get in are all insured
